It is 2014, and everything in the midwest is peaceful. But all is not well, The medical laboratories all over the midwest are being paid by a secret society to work on the prospect of re-animation; the stuff of science-fiction books. But it becomes real-life for the citizens of Picola Village, who's medical laboratory right outside cracked the code to re-animation. They created Solanum. But everything goes wrong when people started disappear from the town. No one thought anything of it, after all, Picola is a boom town, people roll through it all the time to get to the big cities. But then the missing come back. Children and adults who have been tested on by the Laboratory, and escaped. They were the first Idolum. By the time the citizens of Picola found out what was happening, it was too late. The virus had spread, and people became like zombies. The city was thrown in lock down, and the Resistance was founded the citizens who wouldn't wait around for thier time to die, who refuse to let the town die a horrible un-death of Idolum. Together with their followers, they try to stop the Laboratory from testing on more people and promising them something that they can never have anymore. Peace.
So who will you side with? The Resistance, or the Laboratory? Choose quick, or you might become the Idolum too...
